Chocolate and My PMS
Some days the news is good. There is a new chocolate candy bar that costs between $3-$4 that is supposed to help with my PMS!
Itâs called the Wonder Bar, from a New Jersey company called Ecco Bella. It is an organic snack with soy ingredients that allegedly alleviate those monthly cramps, irritability, anxiety and mood swings.
Iâll be giving it a try and let you know how it goes. I have about 2 weeks before it all starts up for me again. Let me know if you try it so we can find out if a 50 cent Hersheys is money better well spent.
